1:1 No one knows the day or the hour, so eat dessert first. I'm not a glutton, but I do like to eat. I enjoy food and dessert is surely a favorite. I think an enjoyment of the life we've been given is part of God's plan for us. Not primary mind you. Sacrificial giving is at the heart of God and God desires that sacrifice from us. However, God also delights in creation. I think nothing brings more joy to the heart of God than to see us revelling in what has been made for us.
Me... I revel in a slab of ribs, caesar salad, garlic potatoes, and just about any dessert. Beware, I'm going for the dessert first. Thanks be to God for the desserts of life.
