What exactly do you do at GSUMC?
Create the slide shows for Sunday Mornings and Special Events, Schedule Volunteers to help run the slide show, Help Colene with the Eye Witness Team making video's and resident foam expert!
What is one of your favorite aspect of what you do here?
I love making videos and I love using foam art to transform the church for special events!
From whom do you take Spiritual inspiration?
It's always a surprise to me, I get inspired when I least expect it and it can be something little like watching someone be gracious to another or it can be a song that we have a sung a million times that the words just hit home that day or it can be a group of children singing their hearts out in a Christmas program.
What 3 CD's are you listening to the most lately?
I have three kids and we listen to a lot of tween music, lately it is been Hannah Montana. When my kids aren't in the car I am a radio hopper, hopping form station to station, drives my husband insane! Today I listened to He's Alive on a CD that I have but it is also the day before Easter. My favorite Christmas music is by both Boney M. and the Trans Siberian Orchestra. I listen to those CD's a lot around Christmas time and sometimes in the middle of SUMMER!
What books would your recommend to the people at GSUMC?
I am more of a movie person but I did just get a book called the Secret. Basically a book about being positive and trusting in God, at least that it is the way I looked at it. Latest movie I really liked was the Pursuit of Happiness.
