Black History Month, Reprise

Several weeks ago I wrote on Martin Luther King. As we come to the close of black history month, I have come across a very moving reflection on slavery that I thought you might enjoy.

May God bless us as we still struggle with bigotry and racism, so our children will be the ones that MLK was dreaming of when he said "...little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers."
