5 Mile's Done

Ran the St. Louis St. Patrick's day 5 mile run. 5 Miles in 59:02!!!! And I'm still alive. My previous 5 mile record was 70 minutes on the treadmill.

At 1/2 mile we were warm enough to toss our outer layer to our adoring fans.

Here we are at 3 1/2 miles. I couldn't raise my hands to wave at this point.

That blur you see is Steph and I crossing the finish line less than an hour after we started. (58 seconds less, but still less!)
