I really don't know this guy at all, but I have read some of his work and tend to be a fan of what he writes. Jim Wallis is an important leader for the future of the Church and I look forward to reading more from him. Here is a link to a recent piece that I resonate with.

Hi, nice article. I am reading Jimmy Carter's book "Our Endangered Values" similar tone and message, but with some chronology of how we have gotten where we are. He comments on all the divisive issues and gives solutions that honor faith in God and our freedoms.
